My name is Bartosz, though online I go by tosutosu. I'm an AI & Automation Specialist working in Customer Operations and B2B technical support at Aven Hospitality (formerly Sabre Hospitality Solutions) — designing and building AI agents, LLM integrations, and internal tooling that have pushed response accuracy above 90% and cut hallucinations by 80%+.
Alongside that, I bring a background in international relations, communication, and design — graphic design, branding, web design, and event promotion — built up through cross-cultural projects across Europe and Asia, plus B2B support in English and Japanese.
My toolkit spans Adobe and Affinity software, Figma, WordPress, and front-end basics like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, alongside self-hosted infrastructure, Docker and containers, automation and scripting, and AI-assisted workflows.
